The Grand Prairie Child Development Center in Stuttgart was opened in June 2004 to meet the growing needs of families in the Arkansas Delta.  This program provides preschool services to children with and without disabilities.  In addition, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services are available to the children in the program and to others in the community through our Outpatient Therapy Program.
