The Arkansas Technology & Curriculum Access Center
The Arkansas Technology & Curriculum Access Center (TCC) is a collaborative partnership between the Arkansas Department of Education, Special Education Unit and Easter Seals of Arkansas.
The TCC provides evaluation, consultation, equipment loan and inservice training to meet the needs of children and young adults with disabilities. These services are provided at the Outpatient Services Center; on-site through individual contracts with individuals, school districts and agencies; as well as via web conferencing.






A Child’s Place Preschool provides quality early childhood and special education instruction, ancillary medical services and physical, occupational, and speech-language therapies to children ages 3 months to 5 years, with and without disabilities.
Easter Seals Children's Rehabilitation Center is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation program for children ages 3 to 18 who have orthopedic, neuromuscular and/or developmental disabilities.
Easter Seals Arkansas Grand Prairie Child Development Center is an inclusive program serving children from six weeks to pre-kindergarten.
Easter Seals Arkansas provides outpatient therapy services at its Outpatient Services Building at 3920 Woodland Heights Road in West Little Rock and at the Grand Prairie Child Development Center in Stuttgart.

Easter Seals operates three apartment complexes which provide individuals with disabilities the chance to living independently.
