Carter Ford is a business owner who has operated an insurance agency for more than 12 years. A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Biochemistry, Carter's professional background includes leadership roles in state government, higher education, athletics fundraising, and entrepreneurship.
Carter is passionate about community involvement, leadership development, and supporting organizations that help individuals and families reach their full potential. His connection to Easterseals is deeply personal through his daughter, Chaney, who attends the Easterseals Academy. Seeing firsthand the impact of Easterseals' programs on children and families has inspired his commitment to the organization's mission.
Carter lives in Little Rock with his daughters and is honored to serve on the Easterseals Guardians Board, helping advance opportunities for children and adults with disabilities throughout Arkansas.
