About the Program

SET for Success

SET for Success is a free Pre-Employment Transition Service program assisting students with an IEP or 504 plan in transitioning from high school to adulthood.

Services include job exploration and career discovery, workplace readiness training, work-based learning experiences, educational counseling for further training pathways, and self-advocacy instruction.

The program is provided directly at schools at no cost and integrates with ACCE and the HIRE program to create continuous support throughout educational and employment stages.
