HIRE Program
The HIRE program is dedicated to matching adults with disabilities to fulfilling employment in Central Arkansas through personalized job support and employer partnerships.
Services include one-on-one job counseling and training, competitive job placement, ongoing job coaching and site visits post-employment, and employer liaison support.
Job categories span clerical roles, customer service, data entry, hospitality, janitorial services, legal clerking, manufacturing, retail positions, and others. HIRE integrates with SET for Success and ACCE to create continuous support throughout educational and employment stages.
