Jaclyn Dougan

Jaclyn brings more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs across Arkansas. She pairs that hands-on expertise with a strong academic foundation, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Arkansas Tech University and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from UALR.

Her path to Easterseals Arkansas began when she learned about the organization through colleagues at a previous employer. That combination of purpose, opportunity, and a supportive team culture drew Jaclyn in.

Jaclyn is known for strong leadership, team support, effective communication, and a results-focused approach grounded in care. Whether she's helping shape individualized supports, collaborating across teams, or mentoring newer staff, Jaclyn leads with integrity and a community-first mindset.
