Kay Arnold

Kalindria "Kay" Arnold is the Director of Human Resources at Easterseals Arkansas. She brings more than ten years of human resources experience across healthcare, telecommunications, staffing, and nonprofit organizations. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Walden University, a bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Memphis, a Professional in Human Resources certification, and a SHRM Certified Professional certification.

Her HR career has covered employee relations, talent management, compliance, leadership coaching, and organizational development. "I believe my greatest contribution is helping create a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and equipped to succeed," she says.

Outside work, Kay is a self-proclaimed DIY enthusiast and a mom, and her ideal day off includes a good read. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and volunteers on community service initiatives.
