Leigh Anne Tucker

Leigh Anne Tucker is the Director of Finance and Administration at Easterseals Arkansas, where she helps make sure the financial side of the organization runs smoothly. Much of her work happens behind the scenes, and she enjoys knowing that what her team does helps provide the support and resources programs need to focus on what matters most: serving the people and families who depend on Easterseals.

Leigh Anne holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, audit management, compliance, and internal controls. Over the years she has learned that finance is about much more than numbers. It is also about supporting people, solving problems, building good processes, and being someone others can depend on.

What she enjoys most is being part of an organization that has such a meaningful impact on people's lives, and working alongside colleagues who genuinely care about the individuals and families Easterseals serves. She also loves seeing the children's smiles and hearing them sing and laugh whenever they visit her floor.

She believes some of the most meaningful things we can do are encourage others, lend a helping hand, and leave things a little better than we found them.
