Zach Lyons

Zach Lyons is the Senior Director of Community Services at Easterseals Arkansas, where he leads community-based programs that support individuals with disabilities in living independently and achieving their personal goals through person-centered services. His work focuses on strategic program development, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams while ensuring quality, compliance, and meaningful outcomes.

Zach has spent more than 15 years working in both behavioral health and developmental disabilities. He began his career on the front line providing direct supports and grew through supervisory, operational, and executive leadership positions, which gave him a deep appreciation for the dedication of Easterseals employees and a firsthand understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional services. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology.

What he enjoys most is seeing people succeed, whether that is the growing independence of the individuals Easterseals supports or an employee gaining confidence and developing into a leader. He enjoys finding new ways to solve challenges and working alongside dedicated people who genuinely care about the mission.
