Notably, Springdale Water Utilities received the program’s highest honor, the Governor’s Award for Performance Excellence.
The Arkansas Institute for Performance Excellence (AIPE) administers the Governor’s Quality Award program, fostering organizational excellence and improvement across Arkansas businesses. By leveraging the Baldrige Excellence Framework, the award program motivates participants to optimize both their processes and results.
