He has a BBA from Southern Methodist University and holds an MBA from the University of Arkansas. He has been in the investment business since 1982 and with Stephens since 1987.
Bill Carlton is the former Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Carlton-Bates Company. He sold the company to Wesco International, Inc. in 2005 and founded the Carlton Group, a capital advisory firm headquartered in Little Rock a year later. He has served as a member of the Easter Seals Board of Directors since 2006.
Cindy Nash is chief information officer for Windstream, an S&P 500 company with communications operations in 23 states and about $4 billion in annual revenues. Nash is responsible for the management and delivery of information technology services, including application support and production services. She also oversees the company's business processes and training groups. She previously served as senior vice president of customer service for Windstream.
Shayla Copas is the owner of Shayla Copas Interiors. This past summer she was selected as 40 under 40 by Arkansas Business for her fundraising and business endeavors. Shayla currently serves on the CARTI Foundation Board, Easter Seals Board of Directors, Riverfest Board of Directors and Women and Children First Board of Directors.
Ralph Eubanks, creative director for Heathcott Associates, has more than 33 years experience in the advertising field as a writer, producer, creative director, account services manager and agency principal. During his career, Eubanks' work has won well over 100 local, regional and national awards for numerous clients. He has served on the board of directors for Potluck Food Rescue and the board of trustees for the Anthony School and won the Arkansas Advertising Federation's distinguished service award.
Rick Fleetwood, CEO/CFO of Little Rock-based Snell Prosthetic & Orthotic Laboratory, currently serves on the boards of Easter Seals Arkansas, United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas, CARTI and the UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute Gala. His commitment to community service has led to other awards, including State, Regional, and National Rehabilitation Meritorious Service Awards, and the Governor’s Commission Service Award.
Angela Harrison-King is president of Welsco, Inc. the largest woman-owned industrial gas and welding equipment distributor in the United States. The company has 115 employees and 16 locations that service customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee and Kansas. Angela began her tenure on the Easter Seals Board in 2003 and is Chairman of the Development Committtee.
Susan has a business background and spent several years in retirement planning with VALIC.Currently a homemaker and mother of two, Susan also volunteers and serves in a number of capacities throughout our community.In addition to her involvement with Easter Seals, Susan is also on the Board of Women and Children First, and supports other worthwhile causes with her husband, Herren Hickingbotham.
Allen Homra is an Financial Advisor at Edward Jones in Stuttgart, Arkansas and has a BBA from the University of Mississippi. Allen was instrumental in the development of Easter Seals' Grand Prairie Child Development Center and was elected to the Board in 2004. He lives in Stuttgart with his wife Stacey and their daughter Madison.
