Services Offered for Adults with Disabilities
Center for Training and Wellness
Our Center for Training & Wellness is more than just a day program. It’s a transformative space in Little Rock where adults with disabilities or developmental delays can cultivate friendships, acquire valuable skills, and even secure employment. Serving as a nurturing bridge from high school to adult life, this program offers an environment that’s both safe and stimulating.
Butler Adult Living Center
For those seeking a residential option, the Butler Adult Living Center provides a 10-bed facility complete with a customized care plan tailored to individual strengths. Licensed and accredited, our center operates with an unwavering focus on nurturing independence, both for residents and their families.
Home-Based Care – Waiver Services
Our Community and Employment Services (CES) Waiver program offers a compassionate alternative to institutional care. Through CES Waiver Services, eligible individuals can opt for more autonomous living arrangements, receiving personalized support in their chosen environment. It’s a liberating choice for thousands of Arkansans currently benefiting from the program.
Artistic Realization Technologies (A.R.T.)
Unlock your creative potential with our Artistic Realization Technologies (A.R.T.) program. Designed for those with limited hand mobility, A.R.T. opens a window to the art world. Participants, referred to as artists, collaborate with trained volunteers, called trackers, who paint following the artist’s directives. The culmination of these efforts is proudly showcased at our annual Art & Soul event.
Independent Living
Community Living Apartments
We operate four HUD-approved apartment complexes in Little Rock designed to provide adults with disabilities a chance to live on their own. Our residences, complete with accessible amenities and security features, inspire a lifestyle that is not just independent but also empowering.
Roommate Housing
In a move to promote communal living, our Roommate Housing program matches individuals based on shared interests. With assisted technology and a unique staffing model, we’re facilitating a community housing experience that’s both supportive and independent.

ACCE
The ACCE (Academics, Community, Career Development and Employment) program is a gateway to a collegiate experience for young adults with intellectual disabilities. Offered on the UA Little Rock campus, ACCE integrates academic learning with career development, providing a holistic education experience.
