Meet Cheyenne Chafton, an invaluable asset to the Easterseals Arkansas team.
Cheyenne joined the Easterseals Arkansas family in March 2022. Her sister Erica Chafton's positive experiences as a Developmental Therapist for the preschool inspired Cheyenne. Having previously worked in daycare, Cheyenne was drawn to Easterseals' mission and the opportunity to work with children. She's incredibly grateful for the chance to contribute to such a rewarding organization. Cheyenne cherishes the opportunity to connect with the young learners at the preschool.
Cheyenne’s Role at Easterseals Arkansas
As an Administrative Assistant 3 and CEO Ron Ekstrand's Scheduling Coordinator, Cheyenne plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. Since switching roles at Easterseals a year ago as an Administrative Assistant, she has been promoted to her current position, where she now coordinates schedules and handles various administrative tasks.
Known for her problem-solving skills and efficiency, Cheyenne is a quick learner who thrives on challenges. Always willing to lend a hand, she's a valuable resource for her colleagues. Her ability to quickly think on her feet and her knack for finding solutions through research make her an invaluable asset to the Easterseals Arkansas team.
Life Away from Work
When she's not working, Cheyenne relaxes with a good book or indulges in a delicious brunch. Passionate about animal rights, she actively volunteers at various events, including those organized by Easterseals and the Art & Soul festival. Beyond her professional life, Cheyenne finds joy in simple pleasures. Some of those include hiking with her dog and losing herself in a captivating fantasy novel. Inspired by her family, she strives to be the best version of herself.
