You Shouldn’t Need a Law Degree to Get Help for Your Loved One

Eligibility rules. DHS applications. Waitlists. PASSE plans. Service categories. Families tell us the hardest part of the waiver journey isn’t the care, it’s the paperwork and the unknowns. If you’ve been passed around, put on hold, or left wondering what happens next, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Bring Us Any Waiver Question

  • We’re on the waitlist. What can we do in the meantime?
  • What services does the waiver actually cover?
  • What’s the difference between PASSE and the waiver?
  • How do we move from an institutional setting back into the community?
