With 17 years of experience in caregiving and being CNA certified, Eileen has made a significant impact in the healthcare field. Her transition to Easterseals came from a desire to face new challenges and continue making a difference— having previously worked with the elderly in nursing homes and independent living settings.
Eileen’s professional reputation is built on her exceptional caregiving skills and her ability to intervene effectively in various situations. Known for her attentive listening and valuable advice, she is highly regarded by both clients and coworkers. Her colleagues appreciate her genuine love for taking care of individuals, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Her educational journey began at Parkview Magnet High School and continued at Eastern College. Eileen’s dedication to caregiving is deeply personal, inspired by her lifelong commitment to caring for her brother Herman for over 30 years. Outside of work, Eileen cherishes spending time with her family, indulging in relaxing activities like watching "The Young and the Restless," and enjoying the company of her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Eileen has remained in the area due to her strong family ties. Her community involvement includes volunteering to visit the sick, a testament to her enduring commitment to helping others. Eileen has also been recognized for her perfect attendance in her previous job.
