Easterseals Arkansas has hired Brad Hagan of Benton as its new Vice President of Adult Programs. Hagan comes to Easterseals with a broad background in management and with a record of improving efficiency and productivity within organizations. He replaces longtime Vice President Linda Rogers, who is retiring at the end of June after 33 years with Easterseals

In this role, Hagan will oversee the many adult programs at

Easterseals Arkansas, including the Community Services (Waiver) program, the Center for Training & Wellness, Butler Adult Living Center, the post-secondary college program in partnership with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, ACCE, and the high school transition program, SET for Success.

More specifically, Hagan says he looks forward to overseeing all of the adult programs and working with program leaders and staff to expand services in the areas of community housing, secondary education and community employment.

Hagan says he is excited to join the Easterseals Arkansas family. “I look forward to getting to know all of the Easterseals participants and helping them reach their lifelong dreams,” he says, adding, “After meeting with Easterseals President & CEO Ron Ekstrand and hearing his vision for the future, I wanted to be a part of his strategic plan for expanding new and improved services across the state.”

Hagan most recently worked as the Chief Programs Officer at the Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled (AEDD), where he supervised an average of 325 employees in many different departments. Prior to serving as CPO, Hagan served as the Director of Community and Employment Supports Waiver at AEDD from 2007-2018.

Hagan is a member of the Little Rock Consolidated Planning Committee as well as the UA-Pulaski Tech Advisory Board.
