The Roommate Housing and Matching program is a community housing model for individuals with disabilities receiving the Community and Employment Supports (CES) Waiver. Leveraging advanced technology and a unique shared-staffing model, we provide a tailored living experience that values their choices and meets their individual needs.

Roommate Matching
We go the extra mile to find individuals with disabilities their perfect companions. Through a comprehensive 48-question preference questionnaire—covering everything from personality traits to pet allergies—we ensure they share their living space with someone who complements their lifestyle.
Before making it official, potential roommates and their families engage in social outings to confirm the compatibility. This approach has proven successful, even for those with intense support needs.
Customized Housing
We collaborate with national housing partners and local landlords to secure safe and accessible homes that accommodate 2 to 4 roommates. Individual leases and shared expenses mean they have both community and independence.
Our homes are also adaptable. This ensures that their specific accessibility and safety requirements are met.
Smart-Home & Enabling Technology
Each residence within our Roommate Housing Program is not just a house but a highly adaptable, technologically enhanced living environment designed to meet their unique needs and preferences.
Seamless Daily Life Management
From smart locks that offer secure, keyless entry to intelligent thermostats that learn their temperature preferences, our smart-home features are here to make daily life not just manageable, but effortless.
Advanced Safety Measures
We’ve equipped homes with cutting-edge remote monitoring technology, including video doorbells to identify visitors and deter unauthorized access. Motion sensors strategically placed throughout the home instantly detect any falls, offering immediate alerts for quick action.
One-to-Many Monitoring for Round-the-Clock Care
With our state-of-the-art remote monitoring technology, a single direct support professional can monitor up to ten homes simultaneously. This ensures prompt responses to any emergency, day or night, thereby eliminating the need for a constant overnight staff presence.
Staffing and Support Services
Our direct support professionals are their daily lifeline, assisting with everything from medication management to daily chores. And we don’t just stop there. Regular check-ins from a Community Health Nurse ensure their health and well-being are continually monitored.
