With 13 years of experience in the waiver department, Stephanie is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and fostering greater independence. Her journey began at the University of Arkansas-Pulaski Technical College, and she plans to further her education in Psychology next Spring.

She excels at designing practical solutions that enhance independence and improve the quality of life for those she serves. Known for her compassion, resourcefulness, and dedication, Stephanie is a collaborative team player who consistently brings innovative ideas to the table.
When she’s not at work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and swimming. Her personal passions include traveling and exploring new places, which offer her unique experiences and insights into different cultures.
Originally from Benton, AR, Stephanie now lives just 15 minutes outside the city, where she enjoys raising her children and tending to her garden. Her community involvement includes supporting Miracle League and learning about Safe Haven, an organization dedicated to helping women and children affected by domestic abuse.
Stephanie is an avid animal lover. Her household includes 11 chickens and 5 rescue pets: 3 cats (Sunshine, Nala, and Pearl) and 2 dogs (Leo and June). Stephanie's vibrant personality shines through in her love for painting, woodworking, and making a positive impact in her community.
