ACCE classroom

ACCE

The Academics, Community, Career Development, and Employment Program (ACCE) at Easterseals Arkansas, in collaboration with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, offers a comprehensive two-semester program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It focuses on providing a college experience alongside preparing for competitive employment, incorporating academics, social support, work exploration, and job placement.

SET for Success

SET for Success is designed to prepare students with IEP or 504 plans for life after high school. This program involves trained professionals entering schools to equip students with essential skills needed for post-high school transition, offering Pre-Employment Transition Services in several central Arkansas districts.

HIRE

Easterseals Arkansas’ HIRE program provides adults with disabilities personalized job counseling, training, and placement services.

This initiative includes collaboration with employers for competitive employment opportunities and offers ongoing support and job retention assistance through job coaching.
